1. Eligibility
Our services are intended for use by registered optical businesses and professionals. By placing an order, you confirm that you are acting in a business capacity and not as a private consumer.
2. Orders
Orders can be placed through our online portal, email, or by phone. All orders are subject to confirmation and stock availability. If any item is unavailable, we will contact you to offer an alternative or issue a refund.
3. Pricing
We aim to keep our pricing fair, transparent, and consistent. Any changes to pricing will be communicated to account holders in advance wherever possible.
4. Delivery
We make every reasonable effort to dispatch your orders promptly. Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on courier performance, location, or product availability.
5. Sending Frames
Frames sent to United Eyecare for glazing are handled with great care but are submitted at your own risk. We are not responsible for any pre-existing damage or wear. In the rare event of breakage during processing, we will attempt a repair or offer a replacement frame at cost price.
6. Returns & Adjustments
If there is a fault with any item you receive, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery. This allows us to investigate and resolve the issue quickly. All adjustments or remakes are handled on a case-by-case basis in line with our lab policies.
7. Intellectual Property
All original content, branding, and website design elements are the property of United Eyecare and may not be copied or reproduced without permission.
Logos, videos, and assets belonging to our brand partners — including but not limited to Essilor, Transitions®, Crizal®, and Varilux® — remain the intellectual property of their respective owners and are used with permission. These assets may not be reproduced, distributed, or repurposed without the owner’s explicit consent.
8. Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to update or amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Any changes will take effect immediately upon being published on this website.
