Greater Manchester Practices
A collection and drop-off service is available up to 3 times per week, depending on location and volume.

Nationwide Deliveries
We use trusted courier partners (DX and Royal Mail) to ensure secure and timely delivery. Standard delivery is charged at £5 per shipment.

Free Delivery
Free delivery may be offered at our discretion for practices with consistent high-volume orders. Please contact us to discuss eligibility.

Returns

If something isn’t right, we’ll do our best to put it right.

If you believe an order has been processed incorrectly, please report it as soon as possible. We recommend reporting issues within 3–5 working days of receipt to allow for prompt resolution.

Each return is handled individually to ensure a fair and professional outcome.
