Delivery — built around your practice

We offer a collection and delivery service designed to keep your orders moving without the hassle.

Greater Manchester practices: Collection and drop-off available up to 3 times a week depending on your location and order volume — no need to arrange couriers yourself.

Nationwide delivery: We use DX and Royal Mail to get orders to you securely and on time. Standard delivery is charged at £5 per shipment.

Free delivery: Practices with consistent high-volume orders may be eligible for free delivery. Give us a call on 0161 879 9018 to discuss.

Returns — we'll put it right

If something isn't right with an order, let us know as soon as possible. We ask that issues are reported within 3–5 working days of receipt so we can sort it quickly.

Every return is handled individually — just contact us with your job reference number and a brief description of the issue and we'll take it from there.
