Three ways to work with us — choose what suits your practice

We keep things simple. Whether you have your own frame range or want a fully managed solution, we have a package that fits the way you work. All packages include in-house glazing, quality checks and fast dispatch.

Package 1 — Glazing Only

You supply the frames, we supply the lenses and do the glazing.

You send us your frames — we'll fit the lenses, quality check every order and dispatch back to you.

What's included:

  • In-house glazing and edging
  • Quality check before dispatch

Best for: Practices with their own frame range who need a reliable glazing partner.

Package 2 — Complete Frame, Lens & Glazing

Display our frames in your practice. We handle everything else.

Your patient chooses their frame in your practice. You take the prescription and send it through our online portal. We supply the frame, glaze the lenses in-house and dispatch the finished glasses directly to you. No frames going back and forth — just one delivery, straight to your door.

  • In-house glazing
  • Quality check before dispatch

Best for: Practices wanting to reduce stock investment and simplify their supply chain.

Package 3 — Complete Package with Engraving

Everything in Package 2, plus personalised temple engraving.

We engrave the patient's name or identification directly onto the frame temples — ideal for domiciliary service providers who need clear patient identification on dispensed eyewear. Clean, precise engraving handled in-house alongside your glazing order.
